I’ve been teaching yoga since 2008. My RYT 200 is through YogaFit–a process that allowed me to train with many skilled and inspiring master yoga instructors. My personal practice and training has also included Bikram and Iyengar yoga.
My class is a blend of warming vinyasa style poses, paired with more Iyengar-style pose breakdown and deeper strength and stretching postures. In my yoga class, students experience an emphasis on reflection and meditation through the use of pranayama (breathing) and vinyasa flow. Silence and savanasa are honored in my classes.
